PURCHASE OF GOODS

Please be aware that when buying Goods and Services on the Internet you are entering into a legally binding contract.

Delivery
Items in stock will normally be dispatched within 48 hours. Any products that are out of stock are ordered immediately from the supplier and delivery is normally within 10 working days. We can however advise you on alternative products in stock that might meet your requirements.
Customer shipping rates will be worked out at checkout and will vary according to country of destination and weight of products ordered.

Payment
All prices are expressed in Pounds Sterling. Through our secure online ordering system we accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch & Solo.

As soon as credit cards and cheques have been cleared orders will be dispatched immediately. All International orders must be made by credit card. Your credit card company will work out the relevant exchange rate and your monthly statement will be billed accordingly.

Our Returns Policy:
At Impet2us.co.uk, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 30 days, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item provided that the goods returned are unopened and in their original condition. If you return goods, as detailed, within 30 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Defective items:
You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to return defective items to us.

Delivery charges:
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges.

To return an item:
To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original packaging or box (if any). Cancelling an item:
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. These Regulations do not apply to services which begin, with customers' agreement before the end of the cancellation period. The Regulations exclude business to business transactions. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of any goods where the item has been unsealed.

To cancel a contract, please fill out the back of the delivery slip that accompanies your items, giving the reason for the return as "Contract cancellation". Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. The return address is as set out above.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

Customs Information:
When ordering goods from Impet2us.co.uk for delivery outside the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Impet2us.co.uk, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, delivery and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift" but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

We hope you are happy with the products and services we provide. If, however, you are unhappy with any aspect of our services or your shopping experience we would like to hear from you.
