- Select the design you want and separate it
from the rest of the designs on the tattoo sheet
(cut it out with scissors).
- Clean the area of skin where you want to apply
the design with Isopropyl rubbing alcohol (70%)
which is available at most chemists.
|
 |
- Place the tattoo on the slightly damp skin
(from alcohol) ink side down and dab the back
of the paper with an alcohol saturated cotton
pad until design shows through.
|
 |
- Alternate patting and pressing the back of
the design to "transfer" the design from the
paper to the skin.
- Alternate and repeat steps 3 & 4 several times
(*tip: do not let the transfer paper dry or
it will stick to the skin).
|
 |
- Lift paper (while still wet) away from the skin
and voila, you have a black ink tattoo (*tip: peel
away an edge of the paper to see if the ink has
transferred to the skin, if not, lay it back down
and repeat step 5 until ink fully transfers).

 |
- If you want color in your design, paint those
areas in with Temptu Body Colors.
- Dust both color and black designs with ordinary
talcum (baby) powder to set the ink on the skin
and give it a "true tattoo look."
|
 |
|
|
- Follow the steps listed above except change
step 8 by using our stardust glitter (instead of
the baby powder) to set the design on the skin.
Wait until the alcohol evaporates and the ink
design is dry, to assure that the glitter
primarily adheres to the tattoo and not your
skin, (approx. 60 seconds) and then rub the
glitter into the design with your fingertips.
Try applying gems to the tattoos for an
extra dazzle!

- All Temptu tattoos are waterproof, but can be
removed instantly with rubbing alcohol or baby
oil. The tattoo can be worn for 2-5 days
depending on your skin type, (tattoos tend to
last longer the dryer the skin), where the tattoo
is placed on the body (tattoos last longer on
areas of the body that are less prone to
perspiration and movement), and how well it's
cared for. To maintain the tattoo, always be
sure to re-powder or re-glitter before and
after swim, workout, or shower. Avoid lotions
and oils on or around the area.
Avoid scrubbing while bathing and always pat
design dry when exposed to water.
